How to Book a Ride
Booking with Skyline Transport is straightforward. Here's how it works:
Through Insurance (Alivi Health)
Skyline Transport (NDI Health Services) is currently in-network with Alivi Health. If your insurance plan uses Alivi as its transportation broker, you can request Skyline Transport by name when scheduling your trip. Once booked through Alivi, call us at (800) 515-8028 to confirm your trip details directly with our team.
Not sure if your plan uses Alivi? Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your NEMT transportation benefit. They'll tell you which broker manages your plan and how to request a provider.
Private Pay
If your transportation isn't covered by insurance - or you'd rather book directly - we make it easy. Call (813) 330-3200, reach us toll-free at (800) 515-8028, or complete our online quote request form. We accept debit cards, credit cards, and CareCredit.
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance when possible. For same-day requests, call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
