Yes. Our lift platform is 33.75 inches wide. Please verify the width of your wheelchair, scooter, or power chair prior to booking to ensure that we can support your request.
Yes. If vehicle space allows, we can accommodate two passengers traveling together, such as to a wedding, family visit, or medical appointment. Please let us know both mobility needs when scheduling.
Yes, but only for assisted living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and rehabilitation centers. Group transportation is available based on vehicle availability, mobility needs, and schedule.
Yes. We do provide one-way trips outside our service area, subject to availability. These trips may include additional fees based on distance, timing, or specific mobility requirements such as wheelchair, stretcher, or stair chair assistance.
Yes. We provide wheelchair and stretcher transportation for post-cosmetic, orthopedic, or outpatient procedures. We help ensure safe loading and transport, but we do not provide medical care.
Yes. We provide door-through-door service, meaning we help you safely inside —not just to the curb.
Yes. One companion may ride with an additional cost, please mention this at booking.
Yes. We accept private pay for all ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, bariatric wheelchair, and stair-chair services.
No. We do not bill insurance directly. If your plan includes transportation benefits, you must call your insurance provider or transportation manager to verify the benefit. Once approved, they will schedule the trip.
When scheduling with Alivi, simply say: “Please assign NDI HEALTH SERVICES (this is our DBA in their system) as my transportation provider.” They will check availability and assign your trip if able.
Yes. CareCredit can be used for wheelchair, stretcher, bariatric wheelchair, and post-surgery transportation.
Pricing depends on distance, mobility needs, time of day, and level of assistance. General starting rates are:
Ambulatory service starts at $30 one way
Wheelchair service starts at $60 one way
Stretcher service starts at $200 one way

We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day requests are based on availability.
Please call only when you are fully ready for return. If a driver arrives and you are not ready, they may need to leave and return later, which could result in delays or charges.
